This easy Bisquick crepe recipe is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Light, thin, and versatile, these crepes can be filled with sweet or savory ingredients. With just a few simple ingredients, you can make delicious, homemade crepes in minutes.

  • 1 cup Bisquick mix
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (for cooking)

Optional for Sweet Crepes:

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Optional for Savory Crepes:

 

  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare Batter – Blend Bisquick, milk, eggs, and optional ingredients until smooth. Let rest for 15 minutes (optional).
  2. Preheat Pan – Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  3. Cook Crepes – Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan, swirl to spread, and cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift. Flip and cook another 30-60 seconds.
  4. Serve – Stack crepes and fill with your favorite sweet or savory toppings.

Notes

  • For thinner crepes, add 1-2 tbsp of extra milk to the batter.
  • Make ahead: Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
  • Best fillings: Fresh fruit, Nutella, whipped cream, ham & cheese, or scrambled eggs.
