  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 lb andouille sausage, sliced
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Prepare the Proteins: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook chicken until browned, then set aside. Sauté sausage and shrimp briefly.
  • Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Add Cajun seasoning, paprika, and cayenne. Stir in tomatoes and heavy cream, simmering until thickened.
  • Combine: Add cooked pasta, chicken, sausage, and shrimp to the skillet. Toss until well-coated.
  • Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
