6 oz smoked salmon, chopped
4 large eggs
1 ½ cups heavy cream
½ cup shredded Gruyere cheese
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 cup leeks, thinly sliced
1 cup asparagus, chopped (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare the crust: Pre-bake the crust at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes.
Sauté vegetables: Cook leeks and asparagus in a skillet until tender.
Mix the filling: Whisk together eggs, cream, dill, salt, and pepper. Stir in salmon, cheese, and sautéed vegetables.
