Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 packs of ramen noodles (uncooked)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 lb ground beef or plant-based meat
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ramen noodles until slightly underdone; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook ground beef with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Drain excess fat.
  4. In a greased baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce.
  5. Layer: Add cooked ramen noodles, a layer of ricotta cheese, ground beef, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with mozzarella on top.

  7. Rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Substitute ground beef with sautéed mushrooms for a vegetarian version.
  • Use Alfredo sauce instead of marinara for a creamy variation.
  • For extra flavor, cook ramen noodles in chicken or vegetable broth.
